Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at renu1wellness@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified issues.
General Returns
Due to the nature of research compounds, opened or used products cannot be returned. Unopened products may be eligible at our discretion — contact us before shipping anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
Cancellations
