These Terms & Conditions govern your access to RENU (“we”, “us”) and the purchase of any products through renupeptides.net. By entering the site, placing an order, or completing researcher verification, you agree to these Terms.
1. Research Use Only
All products sold by RENU are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition and have not been evaluated by the FDA.
2. Eligibility & Attestation
By purchasing you attest that you are 21 years of age or older, that you are a qualified research professional or purchasing on behalf of a research organization, and that you are acquiring these materials solely for lawful in vitro research. You are responsible for handling, storing, and disposing of materials per applicable law and good laboratory practice.
3. Acceptable Use
- You will not resell, relabel, or represent these materials for human or animal use.
- You will not use the site or products in violation of any applicable law.
- You accept full responsibility for use of any product once delivered.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect misuse or misrepresentation.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RENU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any use of products outside their intended in vitro research purpose. Products are provided “as is” for research.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RENU operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
7. Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of RENU shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, and not in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Arbitration shall be administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, seated in the jurisdiction identified in Section 6. You and RENU agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of your first order.
